Shipping policy

USPS Shipping is free for US orders.  Charges for expedited shipping can be calculated on the checkout screen.

All orders ship out with a free gift box.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or US Terrirories.  

Address' must be correct at time of checkout.  We are unable to change a shipping address after the order has been received so please double check that the address is correct before finalizing your order.  If a shipping address was entered incorrectly, please email us at info@nataliadrake.com right away so that we can cancel the order before ship ships out.  You can then create a new order with the correct address.

Once an order has shipped and is with the carrier, we will provide you with the tracking number but will not be able to make any changes to the shipment.  

Packages that are marked as "refused delivery" by the carrier will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
