What do I do if my Promo Code doesn't work?

Please enter the promo code in the "Discount Code" box on the upper right hand side of the checkout screen.  Click on the "APPLY" button and you should be all set!  Before proceeding with payment information, check to make sure your price adjustment is showing.  Promo Codes may be valid for a limited time so it is important to read all of the information received with the promo code for details.

Oops... I used the wrong address.  Now What?

Please double check all information BEFORE clicking place order.  We are required to ship to the address that is listed on the order form as that is the address that your credit card company approved. Unfortunately, we cannot change addresses on orders that have already shipped. If you did make an error, please email us at info@nataliadrake.com to request an order cancellation so that you can try again.  Order cancellations are not guarenteed. 

What if the package has already shipped and the address was wrong?

Once packages leave our order fulfillment center, they cannot be recalled.  Should the carrier find that the address is un-deliverable, they will most likely return it to sender.  When we receive the package back, a refund will be given.  Restocking fees may apply.

I think my package is lost.  What do I do?

Shipping normally takes 5-7 business days to domestic US addresses. If your package hasn't arrived in the time frame you expected, check the tracking number that was emailed to you.  If there is no movement showing for several days in a row, please contact us at info@nataliadrake.com with your Order ID and our customer service team would be happy to help you.

What do I do if my purchase was damaged during delivery?

We pack our items well in several layers, however, sometimes things happen in the delivery process.  If you receive an item that is broken, please email a photo showing the damage and your Order ID to info@nataliadrake.com so that we can see the issue and help with the best resolution possible.
